摘　　要：现阶段,我国已成为世界上铁路客运量最大的国家,从未来发展趋势看,铁路客运规模将继续不断扩大,尤其是随着高铁技术的快速发展,高品质的铁路运输服务已经成为人们首选的出行方式。文中以大西高铁线和普速同蒲线为试点,选取其中22个车站开展旅客满意度调查,分析此区域内的铁路客运现状和实际,通过计算分析总结出铁路服务质量面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。At this stage,China has become the country with the largest volume of railway passenger transport in the world.From the perspective of future development trend,the scale of railway passenger transport will continue to increase,especially with the rapid development of high-speed rail technology,high-quality railway transport service has become the preferred mode of travel for people.Taking Datong-Xi’an high-speed railway line and Datong-Puzhou railway as the pilot,22 stations were selected to carry out passenger satisfaction survey,and the current situation and reality of railway passenger transport in this region were analyzed.Through calculation and analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by railway service quality were summarized.
