摘 要:心理账户理论指的是人会在心中将资源划分到不同的账户里,不同的账户之间具有不同的记账方式和运算规则。针对当前公交出行决策研究没有考虑决策者的主观性,本文引入心理账户理论,将出行总时间划分成的三个子账户,并基于多项logit模型对问卷获取的数据进行参数估计,验证三个子账户之间是否符合心理账户理论。研究结果表明,三个子账户符合心理账户的特征,证实了公交出行时间决策符合心理账户理论。本研究为公交出行的决策分析提供了一个新的视角,即并不能单纯的用理性人假说来分析出行时间因素,并为后续利用心理账户理论对公交出行的深入研究奠定了基础。Psychological account theory refers to that people will divide resources into different accounts in their minds,and different accounts have different accounting methods and operation rules.In view of the fact that the current public transport travel decision-making research does not consider the subjectivity of the decision-makers,this paper introduces the psychological account theory,divides the total travel time into three sub accounts,and relies on the multinomial logit model to estimate the parameters of the data obtained through the questionnaire,thus verifying whether the three sub accounts conform to the psychological account theory.The research results show that these three sub accounts conform to the characteristics of psychological accounts,so it is confirmed that bus travel time decision-making conforms to psychological account theory.This study provides a new perspective for the decision-making analysis of public transport travel,that is,the rational person hypothesis can not be used to analyze the travel time factors,and lays a foundation for the follow-up in-depth study of public transport travel using the psychological account theory.
