摘　　要：鲜食玉米及其加工市场份额逐年增大,对鲜食玉米品种创新提出了新要求。制定适宜的鲜食玉米选育目标,进而选育出满足市场需求的品种是鲜食玉米产业良性发展的基础和保障。该文结合多年选育实践总结出鲜食玉米选育目标,对选育目标中易被忽略和曲解的内容进行重点阐释,从而推进鲜食玉米种质资源创新与利用,促进鲜食玉米产业发展。The market share of fresh maize and its processing was increasing year by year,which put forward new requirements for the innovation of fresh maize varieties.It was the basis and guarantee for the healthy development of fresh maize industry to formulate suitable breeding targets for fresh maize and then select varieties that met the market demand.Based on years of breeding practice,this paper summarized the breeding objectives of fresh maize,and explained the contents that were easily ignored and misinterpreted in the breeding objectives,so as to promote the innovation and utilization of fresh maize germplasm resources and promote the development of fresh maize industry.
