摘 要:目的:观察游泳锻炼对混合型青年脑瘫患者平衡和步行能力的影响。方法:混合型脑瘫大学生15名随机分为游泳组(男=4,女=3)和对照组(男=5,女=3)。游泳组除接受常规理疗和体育课外,每周进行2次各90 min游泳锻炼,持续10周。除体育课外,对照组仅接受常规理疗。结果:(1)经10周游泳锻炼,游泳组肺活量较锻炼前显著提高,选择反应时显著缩短,游泳组肺活量和选择反应时较对照组显著提高和降低;(2)经10周游泳锻炼,游泳组BBS动态平衡得分、静态平衡得分和总分均呈显著提高,较对照组均显著提高;(3)经10周游泳锻炼,游泳组睁眼和闭眼状态下前进、后退和侧行10 m最大步行速度均显著增快,较对照组均显著增快。结论:游泳锻炼可通过改善呼吸机能、提高反应速度、平衡能力和步行速度促进青年脑瘫患者康复。Objective:To investigate the effects of swimming exercise on balance and walking capacity inyouth with mixed cerebral palsy.Method:University students with mixed cerebral palsy are divided into two groups randomly,which are swimming group(4males,3females)and control group(5 males,3 females).Apart from the regular physiotherapy and sports courses,participants in swimming group undergo swimming exercises twice per week(90-minute per session),lasting for 10 weeks.Participants in control group only undergo regular physiotherapy and sports courses.Results:1)After 10-week swimming exercises,lung capacity of swimming group shows a significant improvement and choice reaction time of them shows a significant decrease than before.Compared to the control group,lung capacity of swimming group shows a significant improvement and choice reaction time of them shows a significant decrease as well.2)After 10-week swimming exercises,swimming group has a significant improvement in the scores of BBS dynamic and static equilibrium and overall score than control group.3)Compared to the data before the study,participants in swimming group show a significant increase in the 10 m maximum walking speed of walking forward,backward and sidewalk,both in eyes open and eyes close conditions.Compared to the control group,participants in swimming group show a significant increase in the 10 m maximum walking speed of walking forward,backward and sidewalk,both in eyes open and eyes close conditions as well.Conclusion:swimming exercises is able to facilitate the rehabilitation for the cerebral palsy patients through improving respiratory mechanism,reaction time,balancing capacity and walking speed.
