摘　　要：目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对妊娠期子宫圆韧带静脉曲张的诊断价值。方法选取21例超声检查并经随访证实为子宫圆韧带静脉曲张的患者,分析其超声表现及特征。结果21例患者中,超声检查均表现为腹股沟区的无回声包块,呈蜂窝样改变,边界尚清,形态欠规则,内见红蓝相间的静脉血流频谱。其中3例误诊为腹股沟斜疝,其余18例均诊断正确,为子宫圆韧带静脉曲张。结论超声检查对诊断子宫圆韧带静脉曲张的声像学特征有一定的特异性,可以作为临床的首选方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional and colored Doppler to varicose veins in the uterine ligaments during pregnancy.Methods We retrospectively setected 21 cases of uterine digament variose verns comfirmed by ultrasound examnation in our hospital and follow-up analyzed and analyed ultrasound performance and characteristics.Results In 21 patients,ultrasound was shown as a non-echoing block in the groin area,with honeycomb-like changes,clear boundaries and poor morphological rules,and red and blue venous blood flow spectrum,of which 3 cases were misdiagnosed as groin obliques,and the remaining 18 cases were diagnosed correctly for uterine ligament varicose veins.Conclusion Ultrasound has certain specificity to the acoustic characteristics of diagnosis of uterine ligament varicose veins,and ultrasound can be used as the preferred method in clinical practice,which has high practical value.
