Experimental Study on Titanium Separation from Sulfur Cobalt Tailings of Vanadium Titanium Magnetite from Panzhihua

摘  要:针对攀枝花某选厂硫钴生产线硫钴尾矿TiO_(2)品位在16%~17%,目前直接进入尾矿系统、资源利用不够充分的问题,为探索该矿物中钛资源的回收利用价值,加强资源回收,在实验室采用“除铁-强磁-浮选”流程对其进行了回收试验,结果表明,获得的钛精矿相对硫钴尾矿产率22.28%、TiO_(2)品位47.09%、TiO_(2)回收率61.46%,为攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿硫钴尾矿钛的回收提供了依据。回收硫钴尾矿中的钛资源在技术上具有可行性,目前钛精矿市场价格2400元/t,回收成本383.77元/t,对硫钴尾矿中钛资源进行回收具有较高的经济价值。In response to the problem of TiO_(2)grade in the sulfur cobalt production line of a certain concentration plant in Panzhihua,which is between 16%and 17%,directly entering the tailings system,and insufficient resource utilization,in order to explore the re-cycling value of titanium resources in this mineral and strengthen resource recovery,a"iron removal strong magnetic flotation"pro-cess was used in the laboratory to conduct recovery experiments on it.The results showed that the relative yield of titanium concen-trate obtained was 22.28%,and the TiO_(2)grade was 47.09%.The recovery rate of TiO_(2)is 61.46%,which provides a basis for the re-covery of titanium from the sulfur cobalt tailings of Panzhihua vanadium titanium magnetite.It is technically feasible to recover tita-nium resources from sulfur cobalt tailings.At present,the market price of titanium concentrate is 2400 yuan/t,and the recovery cost is 383.77 yuan/t.It is of high economic value to recover titanium resources from sulfur cobalt tailings.
