钼表面包埋渗铝的组织研究

摘  要:采用气氛反应炉在金属钼表面进行包埋渗铝,利用扫描电镜观察样品的截面形貌,利用XRD分析了样品的表面物相组成,利用电子探针测定微区成份。研究发现经过900℃,不同时间的保温处理后,在钼表面形成了三层铝化物渗层,最外层为Al_(17)Mo_(4)/Al_(22)Mo_(5),中间层为Al_(3)Mo,最内层为Al_(8)Mo_(3),随时间增加,渗层整体厚度增加,其中主要是Al_(8)Mo_(3)层的厚度增加,Al_(17)Mo_(4)/Al_(22)Mo_(5)层和Al_(3)Mo层厚基本不变。Aluminum infiltration was carried out on the surface of pure molybdenum by using an atmosphere reaction furnace.The cross-sectional morphology of the samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the surface phase composition of the samples was analyzed by XRD.The micro-area composition was determined by electron probe.It was found that after a 900℃insu-lation treatment for different times,three layers of aluminum compounds were formed on the surface of the molybdenum matrix.The outermost layer was Al_(17)Mo_(4)/Al_(22)Mo_(5),the middle layer was Al_(3)Mo,and the innermost layer was Al_(8)Mo_(3).With the increase of time,the overall thickness of the coating increased,mainly due to the increase in the thickness of the Al_(8)Mo_(3)layer,while the thick-ness of the Al_(17)Mo_(4)/Al_(22)Mo_(5)layer and the Al_(3)Mo layer remained basically unchanged.
