摘 要:露天矿排水涉及面广,影响因素多。随开采水平不断下降的移动泵站,选泵时应考虑排水高度不断增加的要求,预留适当的富裕扬程,以延长水泵的“扬程服务年限”,避免频繁换泵。为此,深露天矿的排水设备多分段选择,接力排水,以增加同一水泵的重复使用次数。本文以麻希巴露天矿分析计算排水系统与设备选型分析为例,建立了露天矿排水系统和设备选型的计算方法,形成了露天矿设备选型的体系。Open pit mine drainage involves a wide area and has many influencing factors.For the mobile pump station with the con-tinuous decline of mining level,the requirement of increasing drainage height should be considered when selecting pumps,and ap-propriate rich head should be reserved to extend the"lift service life"of pumps and avoid frequent pump changes.For this reason,the drainage equipment of deep open pit mine is selected by multiple sections and relay drainage,so as to increase the repeated use times of the same water pump.This paper takes the analysis and calculation of drainage system and equipment selection analysis of Maxiba open-pit mine as an example to establish the calculation method of open-pit drainage system and equipment selection,and form the system of equipment selection in open-pit mine.
