异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯生产废水合成乙硫氨酯技术探究

摘　　要：提出了一种异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯生产废水处理回用方法,将异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯生产废水进行氧化、静置分离、调节pH值、蒸发除盐、收集冷凝水,最后回用于合成异丙基乙基硫氨酯。本方法既可将异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯的生产废水进行净化处理,又可将处理后的废水回用于异丙基乙基硫氨酯的再生产。A method for treating and reusing wastewater from the production of isopropyl xanthate propylene ester was proposed,which involves oxidation,static separation,pH adjustment,evaporation desalination,collection of condensate,and finally reuse for the synthesis of isopropyl ethyl thiamine.The method can purify the wastewater from the production of propylene isopentyl xan-thate,and can reuse the treated wastewater for the reproduction of isopropyl ethyl thiocarbamate.
