摘  要:严寒环境(-40℃)对大坝面板塑性嵌缝密封提出了更高的要求,严寒环境中仍保持其工作性能,对抽水蓄能电站平稳运行至关重要。依托清原抽水蓄能电站,合成了全新有机硅树脂,制备了具有优异耐低温性能的有机硅基塑性嵌缝密封材料。该材料在-40℃时能够保持良好塑性,满足低温拉伸粘结要求。同时,该材料具有宽工作温域(-40℃~+70℃)和耐久性好的特性。在辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站进行了工程验证,为严寒区抽水蓄能电站面板堆石坝接缝止水结构提供了新材料解决方案。The severe cold environment(-40℃)puts forward higher requirements for the panel joint sealing material.Maintaining its working performance in the severe cold environment is crucial for the smooth operation of pumped storage power station.Based on Qingyuan pumped storage power station,a new silicone resin was synthesized and a silicone based plastic caulking sealing material with excellent low temperature resistance was prepared.The material can maintain good plasticity at-40℃and meet the requirement of low-temperature tensile bonding.At the same time,the material exhibits wide operating temperature range(-40℃~+70℃)and good durability.The material was applied at Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station,which provided a new material solution for joint sealing of CFRD at pumped storage power station in severe cold regions.
