摘 要:以某工程弧形钢闸门为例,通过ANSYS软件构建弧形钢闸门有限元模型,并进行闸门闭门和刚刚提升两种状态时前10阶的自振特性分析。结果表明:闸门结构各阶振动频率的振型表现有明显不同,闭门状态时闸门结构和水流脉动频率发生共振的可能性较小,刚刚提升状态时发生共振的可能性增大;随着阶数的增加,闸门自振频率也逐渐增大,应采取必要的工程措施,减少闸门结构和水流脉动频率发生共振的可能性。Taking the radial steel gate of a certain project as an example,it builds the finite element model of the steel arch-gate by ANSYS software,and analyses the first 10 steps of the natural vibration characteristics of the gate when the gate is closed and just lifted.The result show that the performance of vibration mode of each vibration frequency of gate structure is obviously different;When the gate is closed,the possibility of resonance between the gate structure and the flow pulsation frequency is small,and the possibility of resonance is increased when the gate is just lifted;With the increase of the order,the natural vibration frequency of the gate increases gradually;Necessary engineering measures shall be taken to reduce the possibility of resonance of gate structure and flow pulsation frequency.
