摘 要:长大隧道施工过程中,施工通风至关重要,当机械通风难以解决时,通常在隧道顶部设置竖井,利用活塞风效应,改善洞内作业环境。与此同时,竖井的设置给隧道运营安全带来隐患,施工结束后竖井多数情况下以回填形式进行处理,如处理不当,极易引发工程事故,影响铁路运营安全。针对运营隧道上方的施工通风竖井存在的安全隐患进行处理,采取洞内钢拱架永久支护,洞外竖井重筑回填,同时对竖井影响范围内的隧道衬砌进行缺陷处理、加固,确保隧道运营安全。Research of risk treatment technology of existing shaft at the vault of operating tunnel During the construction of long and long tunnels,construction ventilation is very important.When mechanical ventilation is difficult to solve,a shaft is usually set at the top of the tunnel to improve the working environment in the tunnel by using the piston wind effect.At the same time,the setting of the shaft brings hidden dangers to the safety of the tunnel operation.After the construction,the shaft is mostly treated in the form of backfill.If it is not handled properly,it is very easy to cause engineering accidents and affect the safety of the railway operation.This paper deals with the potential safety hazards of the construction ventilation shaft above the operating tunnel,adopts the permanent support of the steel arch in the tunnel,rebuilds and backfills the shaft outside the tunnel,and at the same time,conducts defect treatment and reinforcement for the tunnel lining within the influence range of the shaft to ensure the safety of the tunnel operation.
