摘 要:水下抛石工程事关堤防安全,涉及水运、防洪,做好工程质量检测意义重大,相应交通以及水利方面的规范是工程质量的重要保证。根据工程质量检测的需要与技术理论发展的现状,以《水利工程施工质量检验与评定规范》为例,对所述规范提出修订建议,主要涉及水下抛石工程的数据采集与数据处理两个方面。研究表明水下三维地形全覆盖检测较断面检测,可提高工程质量检验的效率,增强质量检验科学性。内容主要包括研究栅格建模比对与点云变形分析的算法、误差及其优缺点,对栅格尺寸与点云采样间隔进行了分析并建议其纳入规范。在理清测点增厚合格指标、总测点数合格率、抛石方量等几项关键指标相互关系的基础上,提出修订建议。Underwater riprap engineering is related to the safety of embankments,involving water transportation and flood control.It is of great significance to conduct quality inspection of the engineering,and the corresponding standards in transportation and water conservancy are important guarantees for the quality of the corresponding engineering.Based on the needs of engineering quality inspection and the current development of technical theory,taking the"Code for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Hydraulic Engineering Construction"as an example,suggestions for revision of the said code are proposed,mainly involving data collection and processing of underwater riprap engineering.Research and practice have shown that underwater 3 D terrain full coverage detection can improve the efficiency of engineering quality inspection and enhance the scientificity of quality inspection compared to cross-sectional detection.The main content includes studying the algorithms,errors,and advantages and disadvantages of grid modeling comparison and point cloud deformation analysis,analyzing the grid size and point cloud sampling interval,and recommending their inclusion in the standard.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between several key indicators such as thickness increase qualification index,total measurement point qualification rate,and riprap volume,revision suggestions are proposed.
