摘 要:疏浚工程既涉及通航也事关防洪、排涝,所以疏浚工程质量检测的规范,在水利与交通行业均有规定。以水利行业为例,根据工程质量检测的需要与技术理论发展的现状,对相应规范提出修订建议,主要涉及疏浚工程的数据采集与数据处理两个方面。结果表明:在河道疏浚工程领域,水下三维地形全覆盖比对较断面比对,可提高质量检验工作效率、增强质量检验工作科学性。通过对疏浚工程现有相关标准的研究,提出增加全覆盖水下地形数据采集的技术要求;增加连续欠挖面积、水下边坡坡度等检验项目与相应质量评定指标的建议;并提出对超欠面积比等检验项目进行修改的建议。Dredging engineering involves both navigation and flood control and drainage,so the standards for quality inspection of dredging engineering are stipulated in the water conservancy and transportation industries.Taking the water conservancy industry as an example,based on the needs of engineering quality inspection and the current development of technical theory,revision suggestions are proposed for the specifications,mainly involving data collection and processing in dredging engineering.Research has shown that in the field of river dredging engineering,underwater 3 D terrain full coverage comparison is more effective than cross-sectional comparison,which can improve the efficiency of quality inspection work and enhance the scientificity of quality inspection work.Through the study of existing relevant standards for dredging engineering,the technical requirements for increasing the collection of fully covered underwater terrain data are proposed in the article;Suggestions for increasing inspection items such as continuous underexcavation area,underwater slope gradient,and corresponding quality evaluation indicators;And propose suggestions for modifying inspection items such as the area ratio of excess and deficiency.
