数字经济影响双向FDI协调发展水平的机制分析及空间效应

摘　　要：基于2005—2020年中国省级面板数据,利用PVAR模型分析发现双向FDI存在互动效应,在此基础上测度了省级双向FDI协调发展水平,考察数字经济对双向FDI协调发展水平的影响程度和作用机制。研究发现,在样本期内,数字经济能够正向显著影响双向FDI协调发展水平,并存在异质性,相对于中西部地区和“一带一路”沿线地区,数字经济对东部地区和非“一带一路”沿线地区双向FDI协调发展水平提升作用更强。进一步研究发现,数字经济通过技术创新、产业结构升级和制度质量间接提升双向FDI协调发展水平。且数字经济影响双向FDI协调发展水平存在空间溢出效应,发展数字经济不仅影响本地区双向FDI协调发展水平,还会影响邻近地区双向FDI协调发展水平。Using China’s inter-provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020,this paper measures the coordinated development level of inter-provincial two-way FDI based on the interactive effect of two-way FDI found by the PVAR model and empirically examines the impact of the digital economy on the coordinated development level of two-way FDI.The results show that,during the sample period,the digital economy can positively and significantly affect the coordinated development level of two-way FDI with heterogeneity.Compared with the central and western regions and the regions along the Belt and Road,the digital economy has a more substantial effect on improving the coordinated development level of two-way FDI in the eastern region and the regions not along the Belt and Road.Further research shows that the digital economy indirectly improves the coordinated development level of two-way FDI through technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading,and institutional quality.Moreover,the digital economy has a spatial spillover effect on the coordinated development level of two-way FDI.Developing the digital economy will affect not only the coordinated development level of two-way FDI of this region but also neighboring regions.
