摘  要:基于2008—2019年中国281个地级及以上城市面板数据,探究高铁开通对城市绿色经济效率(GEE)的影响。研究发现:不论是整体上还是核心-边缘视角下,高铁开通均有利于城市GEE提升。整体上,人力资本、产业结构升级和绿色技术创新是高铁开通促进GEE提升的中介机制,通勤频率是高铁开通促进GEE提升的调节机制。核心-边缘视角下,以上作用机制均表现出明显的差异性。其中,核心城市不仅通过产业结构升级、绿色技术创新的中介效应促进GEE提升,还能借助通勤频率的正向调节效应提升GEE;而边缘城市主要通过人力资本、绿色技术创新的中介效应提升GEE,通勤频率的调节效应并不显著。加强城市经济联系有利于核心城市和边缘城市GEE提升,而强化网络中心性仅有利于边缘城市GEE提升。Based on panel data from 281 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2008 to 2019,the impact of high-speed rail opening on urban GEE is explored.This paper found that opening high-speed rail benefits urban GEE enhancement,both overall and from the core-edge perspective.Overall,human capital,industrial structure upgrading,and green technology innovation mediate GEE improvement by HSR opening,and commuting frequency is the moderating mechanism for GEE improvement by HSR opening.From the core-edge perspective,all the above mechanisms of action show obvious differences.Among them,core cities not only promote GEE through the mediating effect of industrial structure upgrading and green technology innovation but also promote GEE through the positive moderating effect of commuting frequency,while edge cities mainly promote GEE through the mediating effect of human capital and green technology innovation,and the moderating effect of commuting frequency is not significant.Strengthening urban economic ties is beneficial to the GEE improvement of core and edge cities while strengthening network centrality is only beneficial to the GEE improvement of edge cities.
