摘  要:通过不同的熔融温度和保温时间相互组合的方式,对聚碳酸酯材料打印样条进行二次熔融后处理,对处理后的样条进行拉力测试、粗糙度测试、差示扫描量热法分析、扫描电子显示测试分析,结果显示,当熔融温度260℃、保温时间25 min时,样条拉伸强度比后处理前提高了16.67%,粗糙度由14.11μm减小至8.59μm,降低了39.12%,断面微观形貌平整无间隙,内部结构均匀且稳定。By means of different melting temperatures and holding times in combination with each other,the polycarbonate material printing splines were subjected to secondary melting post-treatment.Tensile strength test,roughness test,differential scanning calorimetric analysis and scanning electron display test analysis were performed on the treated splines.The results showed that when the melting temperature was 260℃and the holding time was 25 min,the tensile strength of the spline increased by 16.67%compared with that before the post-treatment,the roughness was reduced from 14.11μm to 8.59μm,which was 39.12%lower,the micro-morphology of the cross-section was flat and gapless,and the internal structure was uniform and stable.
