摘  要:根据煤油加注系统静电产生机理,对引起静电的原因包括煤油电导率、加注流速、过滤器设置、人体静电等影响因素进行分析,提出采用限制流速、在过滤器后设置缓和管段、设备和管道接地、人员穿防静电鞋服等预防控制措施,以达到系统安全、可靠运行的目的。According to the mechanism of static electricity generation in the kerosene filling system,the causes of static electricity including kerosene conductivity,filling flow rate,filter setting,human body static electricity and other influencing factors were analyzed.The preventing and controlling measures including limiting the flow rate,setting up a transition pipe section after the filter,grounding the equipment and pipelines,wearing the antistatic shoes and clothes for staff and so on were proposed to achieve the purpose of safe and reliable operation of the system.
