摘  要:研究了在主/侧喂料加纤工艺下,同向啮合双螺杆挤出机不同螺杆组合对所制备的质量分数为30%的短切碳纤维增强尼龙66复合材料性能的影响。通过电子扫描显微镜和光学显微镜,对复合材料的微观结构和保留纤维长度进行了观察。结果表明:主喂料加纤工艺下,碳纤维加工历程更长,受到螺杆的剪切作用更强,保留纤维长度更短,材料力学性能更差;通过优化侧喂料加纤工艺混合段螺杆组合,降低碳纤维受到的剪切作用,可有效提高复合材料的力学性能。使用长度更长的短切碳纤维原料,可使复合材料的保留纤维长度更长,有助于改善复合材料的性能。The influence of different screw combinations of the co-rotating meshing twin-screw extruder on the performance of prepared chopped carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composites with a mass fraction of 30%was investigated under the main/side feeding and fiber addition processes.The microstructure and retained fiber length of the composites were observed by the scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The results showed that under the main feeding and fiber addition process,the processing course of carbon fiber was longer,the shear effect of the screw was stronger,the length of the retained fiber was shorter,and the mechanical performance of the material was worse;by optimizing the screw combination in the mixing stage of the side feeding and fiber addition process,the shear effect on carbon fibers was reduced,and the mechanical performance of the composites could be effectively improved.Using the longer chopped carbon fiber raw material could make the length of the retained fiber of the composites longer,which helped to improvetheperformance of the composites.
