摘 要:针对巴基斯坦Balakot水电站工程的布置特点和尾水调压设施的断面尺寸要求,以及尾水调压隧洞所在区域的地形地质条件,结合地下厂房洞室群的施工安排,将尾水调压设施设计为隧洞式。隧洞式调压设施可降低地质条件的制约,降低施工难度及施工安全风险,避免施工过程中发生塌方,有效保障施工进度。同时,隧洞式调压设施前期也可作为施工支洞,节省工程成本。Based on the layout characteristics of Balakot hydropower project and the cross-sectional size requirements of the tailwater pressureregulating facilities,as well as the topographic and geological conditions of the area where the tailwater pressure regulating tunnel islocated,combined with the construction schedule of the underground powerhouse cavern,the tailwater pressure regulating facilitiesare designed as tunnel type. Tunnel-type pressure regulating facilities can mitigate the constraints of geological conditions,reduceconstruction complexity and safety risks,prevent collapses during construction,and effectively guarantee construction progress.Additionally,the tunnel-type pressure regulating facilities can serve as construction adits in the early stage to save construction costs.
