摘  要:为了更好地促进海洋渔业良性健康发展,加快海洋捕捞渔船领域的碳达峰进程,利用ONRL化石燃料燃烧法和IPCC排放因子法对我国海洋捕捞渔船的燃油消耗量和碳排放强度进行了核算,并从多个角度出发,分析了影响海洋捕捞渔船实现碳达峰的主要因素,主要包括船体老化现象严重、捕捞装备落后、船体建造材料落后、木质渔船较多以及柴油燃烧占据主体导致能耗和污染严重等。针对性地提出了具体的减排策略,如玻璃钢、铝合金和聚乙烯等新型节能材料的应用,锂电池动力、LNG动力、甲醇动力和氢动力等低碳清洁能源技术的应用,捕捞机械装备轻量化、鱼群声呐探测、AIS网位仪、INS综合通导和尾气余热制冷等新装备技术的应用以及新兴产业——海洋休闲渔业的发展等。In order to better promote the healthy development of marine fishery and accelerate the carbon peak process in the field of marine fishing vessels.This paper uses ONRL fossil fuel combustion method and IPCC emission factor method to calculate the fuel consumption and carbon emission intensity of Chinese marine fishing vessels,analyzes the main factors affecting the carbon peak of marine fishing vessels from many angles.For example,the aging of the hull is serious,the fishing equipment is backward,the hull construction materials are backward,there are many wooden fishing boats and the diesel combustion occupies the main body,and the energy consumption and pollution are serious and so on.So as to put forward specific emission reduction strategies.For example,the application of new energy-saving materials such as FRP,aluminum alloy and polyethylene,the application of low-carbon clean energy technologies such as lithium battery power,LNG power,methanol power and hydrogen power,The application of new equipment and technologies such as lightweight fishing machinery and equipment,fish sonar detection,AIS net positioning instrument,INS comprehensive conduction and exhaust heat refrigeration,and the development of the emerging industry--marine recreational fishery and so on.
