摘  要:制备了一种新型三元低共熔溶剂(氯化胆碱+乙二醇+苯甲酸)体系,在不同温度下测定了该体系的密度、熔点、黏度和电导率等物化性质。探讨了温度对黏度和电导率的影响以及黏度和电导率的关系。将三元低共熔溶剂在不同条件下进行了对锂电池正极材料的浸出实验,研究了该三元低共熔溶剂体系的物化性质对正极材料中钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:在氯化胆碱、乙二醇、苯甲酸的摩尔比为1∶1.6∶0.4、温度为160℃、时间为3 h的情况下,对钴的浸出率达到了98.88%。A new ternary low eutectic solvent(choline chloride+ethylene glycol+benzoic acid)system was prepared,and the physical and chemical properties of the system such as density,melting point,viscosity and conductivity were measured at different temperatures.The effects of temperature on viscosity and conductivity and the relationship between viscosity and conductivity were investigated.The leaching experiments of the ternary low eutectic solvent were carried out on the cathode material of lithium battery under different conditions,and the effects of the physicochemical properties of this ternary low eutectic solvent system on the leaching rate of cobalt from the cathode material were investigated.The experiments showed that the leaching rate of cobalt was 98.88%at the molar ratio of choline chloride,ethylene glycol,benzoic acid of 1∶1.6∶0.4,the temperature of 160℃and the time of 3 h.
