摘  要:为了满足高温高压钻井以及降低钻井液对储层岩心的伤害,研究了一种高密度无黏土低固相钻井液体系,通过以丙烯酸和乙酸乙烯酯为原料制备一种分散剂FX-1来提高高密度无黏土低固相钻井液体系的稳定性。结果表明:分散剂FX-1使碳酸钙表面的Zeta电位的绝对值增大,其分子吸附在碳酸钙表面,羧酸基团使Zeta电位绝对值升高,提高了碳酸钙颗粒(加重剂)的沉降稳定性和水化能力。含有2%分散剂FX-1的高密度无黏土低固相钻井液体系在150℃下静置3天后未出现沉降现象,表明该体系在高温条件下具有优异的稳定性。另外,高密度无黏土低固相钻井液污染岩心后采用直接返排的方式测试岩心渗透率恢复率为83.65%,表明该体系具有良好的储层保护效果。In order to meet the requirements of HPHT drilling and reduce the damage of drilling fluid to reservoir core,a clay-free drilling fluid system with high density and low solid content was studied.A dispersant FX-1 was prepared by using acrylic acid and vinyl acetate as raw materials to improve the stability of the clay-free drilling fluid system with high density and low solid content.The experimental results showed that the dispersant FX-1 increased the absolute value of Zeta potential on the surface of calcium carbonate,its molecules adsorbed on the surface of calcium carbonate,carboxylic acid group increased the absolute value of Zeta potential,and improved the settlement stability and hydration ability of calcium carbonate particles(the weight agent).The clay-free drilling fluid system with high density and low solid content containing 2%dispersant FX-1 did not settle after standing at 150℃for 3 d,indicating that the system had excellent stability at high temperature.In addition,the permeability recovery rate of core polluted by the clay-free drilling fluid system with high density and low solid content was 83.65%by direct flowback test,indicating that the system had good reservoir protection effect.
