摘 要:以市售氧化钇为载体,采用过量浸渍法制备一系列不同锂含量的Li/Y_(2)O_(3)固体碱催化剂,对其进行SEM、XRD和CO_(2)-TPD等表征,用于催化二甘醇(DEG)和乙炔反应生成二甘醇乙烯基醚(DEGD)。考察了Li负载量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对转化率的影响。实验结果表明,Li负载量为10%时,m(cat)∶m(DEG)=0.08,反应温度为175℃,反应时间为8 h,二甘醇的转化率为37.9%。催化剂循环使用5次后,也能表现出较好的稳定性。A series of Li/Y_(2)O_(3)solid base catalysts with different lithium contents were prepared by using commercially available yttrium oxide as the carrier,and were characterized by SEM,XRD and CO_(2)-TPD.They were used to catalyze the reaction of diethylene glycol(DEG)and acetylene to produce diethylene glycol vinyl ether(DEGD).The effects of Li loading,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the conversion were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the Li loading was 10%,m(cat)∶m(DEG)=0.08,the reaction temperature was 175℃,the reaction time was 8 h,and the conversion of diethylene glycol was 37.9%.The catalyst also showed good stability after being recycled for 5 times.
