摘  要:针对催化烟气脱硫脱硝装置余热锅炉的激波吹灰器腐蚀问题,对该余热锅炉的激波吹灰器使用情况和腐蚀情况进行介绍。通过对腐蚀原因的分析,提出了应对措施,从而减少装置腐蚀破损和现场动火等特殊作业带来的风险与隐患,提高锅炉运行效率和安全运行周期,保证催化裂化烟气达标排放。Aiming at the problem of corrosion of shock wave soot blower for FCC gas desulfurization and denitrification unit waste heat boiler,service condition and corrosion of the shock wave soot blower for waste heat boiler were introduced.Based on the analysis of corrosion causes,the countermeasures were put forward,so as to reduce the risks and hidden dangers caused by special operations such as corrosion damage of the device and on-site hot work,improve the operation efficiency and safe operation cycle of the boiler,and ensure the emission of FCC flue gas up to standard.
