煤制氢解析气中CO_(2)回收提纯及液化工艺分析

摘　　要：在煤气化制氢工艺过程中,其变压吸附(PSA)工段在解析时将产生大量CO_(2),若直接排放将造成资源的浪费和温室气体的产生。对催化脱烃加精馏、二次精馏和催化净化加二次精馏三种CO_(2)提纯及液化工艺进行介绍和分析,由于解析气的组分波动较大,杂质含量较多,若要生产出食品级CO_(2)以及根据市场需求实现食品级与工业级CO_(2)的转换,催化净化加二次精馏是较好的方式。In the process of hydrogen production from coal gasification,a large amount of CO_(2)is produced in the pressure swing adsorption(PSA)section,which will result in waste of resources and greenhouse gas production if it is discharged directly.In this paper,three CO_(2)purification and liquefaction processes of catalytic dehydrocarbon plus distillation,secondary distillation and catalytic purification plus secondary distillation were introduced and analyzed.Because of the great fluctuation of the components of the analytical gas and the high content of impurities,catalytic purification plus secondary distillation is a better way to produce food grade CO_(2)products and to realize the conversion between food grade CO_(2)products and industrial grade CO_(2)products according to the market demand.
