摘 要:总结了糠醛气相和液相催化加氢制取糠醇常见的Cu系催化剂,包括单金属Cu系催化剂、Cu-Cr系催化剂和多金属Cu系催化剂,且深入考察这3类催化剂在制备方法及其催化加氢反应中的性能表现。同时分别对比了不同组分的铜系催化剂在气相催化加氢和液相催化加氢两种不同工艺中催化性能的优劣,最后提出了糠醛催化加氢制糠醇铜系催化剂优化的建议。The common Cu series catalysts for furfural hydrogenation in vapour and liquid-phases were summarized,including monomeric Cu series catalysts,Cu-Cr series catalysts and polymetallic Cu series catalysts.The preparation methods of these three kinds of catalysts and their performance in furfural catalytic hydrogenation were discussed in depth.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the catalytic performance of different components of copper catalysts in the two different processes of gas-phase catalytic hydrogenation and liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation were compared respectively.Finally,the suggestions on the optimization of furfural catalytic hydrogenation to furfuryl alcohol copper catalyst were put forward.
