乙酰溴法测定浑河草本植物中木质素的质量分数

摘　　要：采用乙酰溴法对浑河流域草本植物样品中木质素质量分数进行定量分析,并对反应条件进行单因素优化,在反应温度为70℃、反应时间为30 min、乙酰溴体积分数为40%的条件下,测得的浑河草本植物样品中木质素质量分数为13.91%。乙酰溴法测定植物木质素具有易于操作、稳定性高、试样需求量少等优点。The lignin mass fraction of herbaceous plants from Hunhe River basin was quantitatively analyzed by acetyl bromide method,and the reaction conditions were optimized by single factor.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 70℃,reaction time of 30 min and acetyl bromide volume fraction of 40%,the lignin mass fraction of herbaceous plants from Hunhe River Basin was measured to be 13.91%.The acetyl bromide method for the determination of plant lignin has the advantages of easy operation,high stability and less sample demand.
