摘　　要：结合全媒体时代的特点,阐述了培养学术期刊青年编辑职业能力的重要性;提出了培养青年编辑职业能力的策略。认为通过加强政治意识和责任意识、丰富知识储备、提高编辑实践能力、强化新媒体应用技术能力和提升沟通协调能力及具备创新意识与能力,可以有效地提升学术期刊青年编辑的职业能力,使其适应全媒体时代的发展趋势,从而推动学术期刊进一步高质量发展。Combined with the characteristics of the all-media era,the importance of cultivating the professional ability of young editors for academic journals was expounded.Strategies for cultivating the professional ability of young editors were proposed.It was believed that by strengthening political awareness and sense of responsibility,enriching knowledge reservoirs,enhancing editorial skills,bolstering proficiency in new media technologies,and improving communication and coordination abilities,while fostering innovative thinking and capabilities,the professional ability of young editors for academic journals can be effectively improved,so as to adapt them to the development trend of the all-media era,so as to promote the further high-quality development of academic journals.
