摘  要:为建立安全壳结构完整性的评估方法,以对核电厂延寿的安全评估提供技术支持,本研究基于核安全监管技术政策的原则要求,结合核电厂多年的实践经验,提出了安全壳结构完整性评估的方法及评价标准。采用该方法对秦山核电厂的安全壳进行了评估,评估内容包括老化效应的识别和评估、老化管理大纲的有效性评估、安全壳整体强度和密封性能评估以及预应力时限老化分析。评估结果表明,安全壳总体状态良好,老化管理措施充分有效,安全壳整体性能和安全裕度没有明显降低,预应力水平可以覆盖到延续运行期末。评估内容通过了核安全技术审评。因此,本研究建立的评估方法能够用于安全壳结构完整性的评估,可为其他老化管理活动提供参考。In order to establish the evaluation method of the structural integrity of the containment and provide technical support for safety evaluation of life extension of nuclear power plants,this study is based on the principles of nuclear safety supervision technical policy and the practical experience of the plant,the methods and evaluation standards of the containment structural integrity are developed.This method is applied for evaluation of the containment of Qinshan NPP,which includes identification of the ageing effect,effectiveness assessment of the ageing management program,assessment of the strength and overall sealing performance of the containment,and analysis of pre-stress.The evaluation shows that the overall condition of the containment is very good,the ageing management measures are fully effective,the overall performance and the safety margin of the containment are not significantly reduced,and the pre-stress level can cover the end of the period of the life extension.The evaluation has passed the nuclear safety technical review.Therefore,the evaluation method established in this study can be used to assess the integrity of the containment and provide a reference for other ageing management activities.
