摘  要:研究目的:为使铁路绿色施工评价更加科学合理,综合考虑铁路所处区域自然状态、施工影响和绿色施工措施,基于SPR模型构建铁路绿色施工评价指标体系,提出权重确定和修正方法,构建评价模型。研究结论:(1)改进传统的PSR模型,综合考虑铁路施工所在区域自然禀赋、铁路建设环境影响和绿色施工措施之间联系以及对铁路绿色施工评价的影响,提出SPR(状态-压力-响应)模型,构建评价指标体系;(2)通过ANP网络结构确定初步权重,基于状态因子和压力因子指标值建立权重修正矩阵对权重进行修正,用于反映“状态”和“压力”因子指标对“响应”因子指标的影响作用,并构建云模型进行绿色施工评价;(3)以某铁路施工标段为案例进行绿色施工评价,验证了该评价体系的合理性和可行性;(4)本研究成果可为科学评价铁路绿色施工、推进我国铁路绿色施工评价体系构建提供借鉴。Research purposes:To make the evaluation of green railway construction more scientific and reasonable,the natural state of the railway area,construction impact,and green construction measures were comprehensively considered.Based on the SPR model,a set of evaluation indicators for green railway construction was constructed,and weight determination and revision methods were proposed to build an evaluation model.Research conclusions:(1)The traditional PSR model was improved and the relationship between the natural endowment of the railway construction area,the environmental impact of railway construction,green construction measures,and their impact on the evaluation of green railway construction were considering comprehensively,and the SPR(State-Pressure-Response)model was proposed and a set of evaluation indicators was constructed.(2)The preliminary weights were determined through the ANP network structure,and a weight modification matrix for the modification of the pressure factors which based on the indicator values of state was established to reflect the influence of"state"and"pressure"factor indicators on the"response"factor indicators.A cloud model for green construction evaluation was set as well.(3)Taking a railway construction section as a case study,green construction evaluation was conducted,which verified the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system.(4)The research results can provide reference for the scientific evaluation of green construction in railways and promote the construction of the green construction evaluation system for railways in China.
