摘  要:利用基片集成波导设计了一款正交极化双工滤波天线,其由两级谐振腔构成,第一级双模腔体实现双工和第一级滤波的作用,第二级开细缝的单模腔体实现天线辐射和第二级滤波的作用。通过收发缝隙天线的正交放置,实现它们之间的正交极化关系。仿真结果表明,高频和低频两个通带内均有明显的谐振点,且在阻带范围内反射系数均接近0 dB,其中:低频通带-10 dB的带宽范围为3.77~3.83 GHz,分数带宽约为1.6%;高频通带-10 dB的带宽范围为4.46~4.54 GHz,分数带宽为1.8%。两个端口之间的隔离度在低频通带内超过26 dB,在高频通带内超过20 dB。两个通带的增益曲线都具有很好的频率选择和带外抑制特性。天线在两个中心频率处均具有很好的边射特性及较低的交叉极化水平。An orthogonally polarized duplex filter antenna is designed using a substrate integrated waveguide,which consists of two levels of resonant cavities,the first level of dual-mode cavity to achieve duplexing and the first level of filtering,and the second level of single-mode cavity with a thin slit to achieve antenna radiation and the second level of filtering.The orthogonal polarization relationship among the transceiver slit antennas is achieved through their orthogonal placement.Simulation results indicate that there are obvious resonance points in both the high-frequency and low-frequency passbands,and the reflection coefficients are close to 0 dB in the resistance band range,where the bandwidth of the low-frequency passband of-10 dB ranges from 3.77 GHz to 3.83 GHz,with a fractional bandwidth of about 1.6%;and the bandwidth of the high-frequency passband of-10 dB ranges from 4.46 GHz to 4.54 GHz,with a fractional bandwidth of 1.8%.The isolation between the two ports exceeds 26 dB in the low-frequency passband and 20 dB in the high-frequency passband,and the gain curves in both passbands are characterized by good frequency selectivity and out-of-band rejection.The antenna has good side-shooting characteristics and low cross-polarization levels at both center frequencies.
