摘　　要：盐业在抗日战争时期陕甘宁边区经济建设中占有重要的地位。边区政府先后成立盐务局和盐业合作社,切实采取有效措施,不断加强对盐务的生产、组织、运销等环节的管理,通过行之有效的管理,盐业的生产质量和生产效率得以提升,对边区的贸易、财政、金融和人民生活都产生了积极的影响,为稳定边区金融秩序、平抑物价,增加收入,打破国民党的经济封锁,有力保障抗日大后方均起到了不可低估的重要作用。Salt industry played a significant role in the economic development of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Anti-Japanese War.The regional government established the Salt Administration Bureau and salt cooperatives successively,taking effective measures to strengthen the management of salt production,organization,and distribution.Through these well-implemented measures,the quality and productivity of the salt industry were improved,which had positive impacts on trade,finance,and the livelihood of the people in the border region.It played a crucial role in stabilizing the financial order,controlling inflation,increasing income,and breaking through the economic blockade imposed by the Kuomintang government,thus providing indispensable support for the rear base in the fight against the Japanese invasion.
