摘  要:针对循环流化床锅炉的炉内脱硫效率进行了分析和探讨。首先,介绍了循环流化床锅炉燃烧脱硫的机理,包括石灰石活化、SO_(2)吸收、反应过程和石膏处理等步骤。其次,详细探讨了影响循环流化床锅炉炉内脱硫效率的因素,包括石灰石特性、烟气温度和湿度、烟气中的其他成分、石灰石投加量和质量、烟气中的颗粒物分布及石灰粉进入流程等。最后,提出了一些脱硫技术,包括乳化剂喷射脱硫、石膏湿法脱硫、氨水/氨碱法、干法脱硫技术和燃料改造等。This article analyzes and explores the desulfurization efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boilers in the furnace.Firstly,the mechanism of combustion desulfurization in circulating fluidized bed boilers was introduced,including steps such as limestone activation,SO_(2) absorption,reaction process,and gypsum treatment.Secondly,the factors that affect the desulfurization efficiency inside the circulating fluidized bed boiler were discussed in detail.These factors include limestone characteristics,flue gas temperature and humidity,other components in the flue gas,limestone dosage and quality,particle distribution in the flue gas,and lime powder entering the process.Finally,some desulfurization efficiency technologies were proposed,including emulsifier injection desulfurization,gypsum wet desulfurization,ammonia water/ammonia alkali method,dry desulfurization technology,and fuel transformation.
