摘　　要：旋液分离器是一种通过离心力的原理,将混合液中固相和液相分离,从而达到增稠作用的设备,为某锂盐厂设计了一旋液分离器,用于氢氧化锂晶浆的增稠,经过实验,原晶浆浓度增稠一倍,达到了设计预期的效果。The hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment that can separate the solid and liquid phases in the mixed liquid through the principle of centrifugal force,so as to achieve the thickening effect.This paper designs a hydrocyclone separator for a lithium salt plant to thicken the lithium hydroxide crystal slurry.After the test,the original crystal slurry concentration is thickened twice,and the expected effect of the design is achieved.
