高温条件下二元可燃气体爆炸下限的数值预测

摘  要:提出了一种数值模拟方法,对二元混合气体在不同比例组成下的爆炸下限进行了预测并验证了模型的可靠性。同时采用该数值模型,对二元混合气体在高温条件(25~300℃)下的爆炸下限进行了预测,分析了环境温度、混合物比例组成对混合气体爆炸危险性的影响。结果表明,在甲烷与其他燃料组成的二元混合气体中,在考察温度范围内随着甲烷含量的升高,其爆炸下限逐渐增大进而爆炸危险性降低。当甲烷含量一定时,爆炸下限浓度的变化量随温度的升高而下降的幅度越来越大,说明可燃气体发生爆炸的危险性越高。对于任意二元混合气体,其爆炸下限在任何比例条件下均随温度的升高而降低且呈线性关系,表明温度越高,混合气体越容易发生爆炸。In this paper,a numerical simulation method is proposed to predict and verify the reliability of the model.At the same time,using the numerical model of binary gas mixture under high temperature condition(25℃-300℃)of the lower explosive limit is forecasted,and analyzes the methane content in the environment temperature of mixture ratio of mixed gas explosion hazard.Results show that,in the binary mixture of methane and other fuels,the lower limit of the explosion increases with the increase of methane content in the temperature range,the lower the risk of explosion.When the methane content is certain,the change in the lower limit concentration of the explosion decreases with the increase of temperature,which indicates that the risk of explosion of combustible gas is higher.For any binary mixed gas,the lower limit of the explosion is decreased with the increase of temperature in any proportion,and the linear relation is shown,indicating that the higher the temperature is,the more likely the mixture will explode.
