摘　　要：针对基于BIM实时算量与清单支付应用设置评价指标体系,通过对使用单位问卷调查,得出相应指标权重,进而对使用该实时算量与支付系统的单位应用情况进行评价并得出评价等级以促进信息化计量支付的进一步完善和在轨道交通工程领域的推广,达到建设双方共赢、提升工程项目整体效益的目标。This research establishes an evaluation index system for the application of real-time quantity calculation and bill payment based on BIM.By conducting surveys among user entities and determining the corresponding index weights,the study evaluates the application status of the real-time quantity calculation and payment system.The aim is to promote the further improvement of informatized measurement and payment methods and their wider implementation in the field of rail transit engineering.This initiative strives to achieve mutual benefits,enhance overall project efficiency,and facilitate a win-win situation for all parties involved in construction projects.
