摘  要:电火花成型机床在加工模具型腔时,电极与模具型腔之间产生放电间隙和电极损耗。针对这一现象,提出一种通过电极平动的方式补偿放电间隙,从而使用一只电极完成型腔的粗、精加工。该装置采用夹持式的方式,使装置中的平动机构在运动时具有较高的刚性。同时该装置通过双偏心元件,进行平动量的调节,使模具型腔尺寸达到加工要求。经实际应用,该装置,调节方便,加工精度高,可满足使用要求。When the EDM machine is machining the mold cavity,the discharge gap and electrode loss are generated between the electrode and the mold cavity.In view of this phenomenon,a method of compensating the discharge gap through electrode translation is proposed,so that one electrode is used to finish the rough and fine machining of the cavity.The device adopts a clamping mode,so that the translational mechanism in the device has a high rigidity when moving.At the same time,the device adjusts the flat momentum through the double eccentric element,so that the mold cavity size can meet the machining requirements.Through practical application,the device has the advantages of convenient adjustment and high machining precision,and can meet the requirements of use.
