双砧嫁接组合对西瓜亲和性及适应性的影响

摘　　要：为满足西瓜优质生产的迫切需要,探讨双砧木嫁接西瓜的亲和性及对产量的影响。以自根苗为对照,研究不同嫁接组合,即南瓜砧木嫁接、野生西瓜中间砧嫁接、南瓜和野生西瓜双根砧嫁接,在西瓜苗期的生长动态变化及产量。结果表明,使用南瓜和野生西瓜双根砧嫁接处理西瓜成活率为98.87%,能够显著降低创面愈合时间,增强接穗的生长势,对西瓜幼苗影响较小,同时该嫁接方法能够显著提高西瓜产量,在连茬土壤条件下,对西瓜的优质生产具有重要意义。In order to meet the urgent need of high-quality watermelon production,the compatibility of watermelon grafted with two rootstocks and its effect on yield were discussed.The growth dynamic changes and yield of different grafting combinations,including pumpkin rootstock grafting,wild watermelon intermediate stock grafting,pumpkin and wild watermelon double rootstock grafting,were studied in watermelon seedling stage.The results showed that the survival rate of watermelon treated with pumpkin and wild watermelon double rootstock grafting was 98.87%,which could significantly reduce the wound healing time,enhance the growth potential of scions,and had little impact on watermelon seedlings.At the same time,this grafting method can significantly improve the yield of watermelon,which is of great significance for the high-quality production of watermelon under continuous cropping soil conditions.
