摘  要:介绍了注塑机射台前板的铸件结构及技术要求,阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计及熔炼工艺控制要点。通过设计复合砂芯结构、采用底注开放式浇注系统和严格控制熔炼过程,获得了高质量铸件,实现了浇注过程中铁液快速平稳充型。生产结果显示铸件工艺出品率为83%、成品率达100%,无损检测未发现内部缺陷,金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求。The casting structure and technical requirements of the front plate of the injection molding machine were described,and the casting process design and smelting process control points of the casting were described.By designing a composite sand core structure,adopting an open bottom pouring system,and strictly controlling the melting process,high-quality castings were obtained,achieving rapid and stable mold filling of molten iron during the pouring process.The production results show that the yield rate of the casting process is 83%,and the yield rate is 100%.No internal defects are found through non-destructive testing.The metallographic structure and mechanical properties meet the technical requirements.
