摘  要:研究含铜抗菌钛合金Ti2448(Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn)的生物相容性。电弧炉熔炼的Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn和Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu合金材料,分别与金黄色葡萄球菌、MC3T3-E1细胞共培养,通过荧光染色、显微观察、电镜观察、流式检测,来研究合金材料抗菌性能和生物相容性。Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn合金材料对金黄色葡萄球菌无抗菌作用,而Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu合金材料对细菌有较强的抑制作用;Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn和Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu合金材料均对MC3T3-E1细胞没有影响。Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu合金材料拥有良好的抗菌性,具有良好的生物相容性,适合用于骨科内植入材料。To study the biocompatibility of antibacterial titanium alloy Ti2448(Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn)containing copper,Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn and Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu alloy materials melted in electric arc furnace were co-cultured with Staphylococcus aureus and MC3T3-E1 cells respectively.The antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the alloy materials were studied by fluorescence staining,microscopic observation,electron microscopy and flow cytometry.Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn alloy material had no antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,while Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu alloy material had a strong inhibitory effect on bacteria;Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn and Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu alloy materials had no effect on MC3T3-E1 cells.Ti24Nb4Zr8Sn-8Cu alloy material has good antibacterial property and biocompatibility,and is suitable for orthopedic implants.
