寒喘祖帕颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的效果

摘　　要：探究寒喘祖帕颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的效果。选取2019年1月至2022年2月本院收治的160例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),对照组采用丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗。治疗4 w后,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、诱导痰及血液中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-13、IL-4和IL-6)]水平。治疗后观察组临床总有效率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(87.50%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症候评分、外周血及痰液中EOS计数、EOS(%)、ECP和外周血IL-13、IL-4、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。寒喘祖帕颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的效果优于丙酸氟替卡松单药治疗,具有良好的临床应用前景。To explore the effect of Hanchuanzupa granule combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of bronchial asthma,160 children with bronchial asthma treated in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate,and the observation group was treated with Hanchuanzupa granule on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Eosinophil(EOS)count,Eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)and inflammatory factors[Interleukin(IL)-13,IL-4 and IL-6] in induced sputum and blood were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,EOS count in peripheral blood and sputum,EOS(%),ECP and peripheral blood IL-13,IL-4 and IL-6 were decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The effect of Hanchuanzupa granule combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of bronchial asthma is better than that of fluticasone propionate alone,and it has a good clinical application prospect.
