摘　　要：基于玻璃工厂智能化系统的发展现状,根据工艺需求设计一种包含电气控制、PLC控制及可网络协作的能够满足数字化和智能化的碎玻璃回收控制系统,可实现设备快速诊断、节能运行、统筹排班的功能。Based on the development status of intelligent system in glass factory,a digital and intelligent control system for cullet reutilization is designed according to the process requirements.This system includes electrical control,PLC control and can cooperate with network.The rapid diagnosis of equipment trouble,operation in energy saving state and shifts arrangement can be realized through this system.
