摘　　要：针对玻璃带下时常出现锡灰印、铁锈印等污染物,严重影响了玻璃质量,设计一种能够在线清洁过渡辊台辊子的装置,解决过渡辊子表面附着污染物不易剥落的问题,提高了玻璃生产质量,降低了生产成本,提升了企业产品的信誉度。In view of the tin ash mark,rust mark and other pollutants often appear under the glass strip,which seriously affect the quality of glass,a device that can clean the transition roll table online is designed to solve the problem that the surface of the transition roll is not easy to peel off the pollutants.Through the application of this device,the glass production quality is improved,the production cost is reduced,and the reputation of the enterprise product is enhanced.
