摘  要:以高铝玻璃配合料为研究对象,通过添加不同比例的特殊复合黏结剂,经过混料机充分混合后,在造粒机上压制成型。对样品进行抗压强度等理化性能的测试。研究不同比例黏结剂的粒化料在各预分解温度及保温时间下的抗压强度、预分解反应程度及其熔化澄清变化规律。实验结果显示,在高铝玻璃配合料中添加2%的特殊复合黏结剂,能有效保持粒化料的完整性。当造粒压力达到60 MPa时,圆饼状粒化料的强度完全满足生产线投料的需求。此外,添加特殊复合黏结剂能够增强高温反应效果,并有助于玻璃液的澄清。针对粒化料的预烧工艺,优选温度范围为700~850℃,并保持30 min的保温时间。而当粒化料经过800℃/30 min的预烧处理后,玻璃的熔化澄清速率显著提升。Taked high-alumina glass batch as the research object,adds different proportions of special composite binders,fully mixes them in a blender,and presses them on a granulator to form a shape.Subsequently,we conducted tests on the physical and chemical properties of the samples,such as compressive strength.In addition,the compressive strength,pre-decomposition reaction degree,and melting and clarification changes of granulated materials with different proportions of binders at various pre-decomposition temperatures and holding times were also investigated.The experimental results showed that adding 2%of a special composite binder to the highalumina glass batch can effectively maintain the integrity of the granulated material.When the granulation pressure reaches 60 MPa,the strength of the round cake-like granulated material fully meets the requirements of the production line feeding.In addition,the addition of special composite binders can enhance the hightemperature reaction effect and help clarify the glass liquid.For the pre-sintering process of granulated materials,the preferred temperature range is 700~850 C,with a holding time of 30 minutes.When the granulated material is pre-sintered at 800 C for 30 minutes,the melting and refining rate of the glass is significantly increased.
