浮法玻璃锡槽吹扫过程中锡灰环保资源化利用探讨

摘　　要：在浮法玻璃制造过程中,由于锡槽内锡液极易被氧化,产生氧化锡和硫化锡等漂浮或蒸发沉积在锡槽内壁、顶盖以及锡槽内的附属设备上,这些锡灰掉落到玻璃板上,造成玻璃质量缺陷。通过研究与实践,提供一种锡灰环保资源化利用的技术方案,实现锡灰吹扫无害化环保处理和回收利用其中的金属元素,提高玻璃产品质量,促进社会的可持续发展。In the process of float glass manufacturing,because the tin liquid in the tin tank is easily oxidized,tin oxide and tin sulfide are deposited by floating or evaporation on the inner wall of the tin tank,the top cover and the auxiliary equipment in the tin tank,and these tin ashes fall to the glass plate,resulting in glass quality defects.Through research and practice,a technical scheme of environmental protection and resource utilization of tin ash is provided to realize the harmless environmental treatment of tin ash purging and the recycling of metal elements in it,improve the quality of glass products and promote the sustainable development of society.
