摘  要:用于光伏美学组件的低色差镀膜玻璃具有高透光率、外观柔和、低色差等优点,近两年深受组件商和终端用户的喜爱。但作为新产品其成品率仍处于较低水平,产品易出现外观质量问题,这成为困扰光伏玻璃厂商,阻碍低色差镀膜玻璃发展的因素。究其根本原因在于低色差镀膜玻璃对外观要求标准极高,目前的镀膜技术难以满足批量生产的需要。围绕低色差镀膜技术的改进和应用,通过优化设计光伏镀膜玻璃的外观、提出有效可行的镀膜均匀性和稳定性改善措施、提供具有针对性的产品外观检测思路,从而提高低色差玻璃外观质量水平和成品率。The low chromatic aberration coating glass used in photovoltaic aesthetic modules has the advantages of high light transmittance,soft appearance and low chromatic aberration.However,as a new product,its yield is stil at a low level,product appearance quality problems,which has become a problem for photovoltaic glass manufacturers,hindering the development of low chromatic aberration coated glass.The basic reason is that the appearance standard of low chromatic aberration coated glass is very high,and the current coating technology can not satisfy the production.Focused on the improvement and application of low chromatic aberration coating technology,through the design of the appearance of photovoltaic coated glass,the effective and feasible measures to improve the uniformity and stability of the coating,and provide a targeted idea of product appearance detection,therefore,the appearance quality level and the finished product rate of the low chromatic aberration glass can be improved.
