摘 要:针对宁波地区气候特点,为进一步探明不同栽培模式对草莓生长发育和果实品质的影响,筛选出适于宁波地区的最佳草莓栽培模式,特开展高架基质栽培和起垄土壤栽培对白色系草莓新品种梦之莹物候期、果实产量和品质等方面的影响研究。结果表明,与起垄土壤栽培相比,高架基质栽培的缓苗速度快;现蕾期、始花期、初果期及盛果期等迟;叶片纵横径和株高更大,且2个处理间的叶片横径、株高、根冠比和病情指数存在显著差异;高架栽培的草莓可溶性固形物含量低于起垄土壤栽培,且畸形果率显著降低,但2个处理间的果形指数差异不显著;高架基质栽培的总收入、纯利润、投入产出比和采摘体验都明显高于起垄土壤栽培。In order to further explore the effects of different cultivation patterns on the growth and fruit quality of strawberry,and screen out the best strawberry cultivation patterns suitable for Ningbo area,the effects of elevated substrate cultivation and ridging soil cultivation on the phenological period,fruit yield and quality of a new white strawberry cultivar Mengzhiying in Ningbo were studied.The results showed that compared with ridging soil cultivation,the seedling growth speed of elevated substrate cultivation was faster,and the phenological periods of bud,the initial flowering stage,the initial fruit stage and full fruit stage were later.The leaf transverse diameter and plant height were larger,and there were significant differences in leaf transverse diameter,plant height,root shoot ratio and disease index between two treatments.The soluble solids content of strawberry under elevated substrate cultivation was lower than that under ridging soil cultivation,and the abnormal fruit rate was significantly reduced,but the difference in fruit shape index between the two treatments was not significant.The total income,net profit,input-output ratio and picking experience of elevated substrate cultivation were significantly higher than those of ridging soil cultivation.
