摘　　要：国防科技成果对贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略具有重要意义。面对海量的国防科技成果数据以及科技成果快速转化需求,越来越有必要从数据保护、数据共享、平台可持续发展等角度对国防科技成果平台进行优化。首先介绍了研究背景,然后详细阐述了区块链技术在国内外国防领域的应用现状,并指出了当前我国已有的国防科技成果管理中面临的主要问题,最后给出了基于区块链技术的国防科技成果管理平台后续发展建议。National defense scientific and technological achievements were of great significance to the implementation of the civil-military integration strategy and the innovation-driven development strategy.In the face of massive data of national defense scientific and technological achievements and the demand for rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements,it was increasingly necessary to optimize the national defense scientific and technological achievements platform from the perspectives of data protection,data sharing,sustainable development of the platform and so on.Firstly,the research background of the current study was introduced,then it was described that the application status of blockchain technology in the field of national defense at home and abroad in details,and it was pointed out that the main problems faced by the existing management of national defense scientific and technological achievements in China.Finally,suggestions for the follow-up development of the management platform of national defense scientific and technological achievements were proposed based on blockchain technology.
