摘　　要：针对某型号炮弹产品在贮存期间出现尼龙闭气环胀大、尺寸超差现象,同时根据使用现场条件要求,提出了一种基于夹管自定心夹紧的手动式修复装置设计方案。分别对修复装置中的定位夹紧机构、顶出机构、刀台机构、底座机构的设计原理进行了详细论述。经过现场测试验证,使用效果良好,已应用于多个产品的售后保障中,同时对类似产品修复装置的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Phenomena such as nylon air closing ring expansion even size out of whack often appeared on a certain type of projectile product during the storage,the manual type repair device design scheme based on tube binder self-centering clamping was proposed according to requirements of using site.The design principle was discussed in details about positioning centering clamping mechanism,ejector mechanism,cutter table mechanism,and pedestal mechanism of repair device.After field test,the device worked well and was applied to repair this type of product in many sites,which provided a reference for the design of similar product repair devices.
